SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA COUNTIES REGIONAL ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Every year, the Los Angeles County Fish and Wildlife Commission hosts the Southern California Counties Regional Annual Conference to discuss conservation efforts across the Southern California region. This relaxed, informal gathering brings together Department of Fish and Game personnel, representatives from major conservation and wildlife organizations, field experts, activists, and community members to share their passion for fish and wildlife and collaborate on solutions to protect and sustain the natural world.
Agenda includes
- Reports on enforcement efforts
- Special programs and projects concerning wildlife management
- Current and projected legislative efforts
- Report outs from grantees
- Experts in the field with new found solutions
- Evidence based research regarding conservation and propagation of Fish and Wildlife, and
- Activities for all to explore and learn about the conservation of fish and Wildlife in LA County
